Public Art

"I firmly believe in bringing art outside the confines of buildings into the public domain. This makes for a difficult decision when creating works: how to be appealing, without compromising artistic goals and to enhance the area not compete with it.

The public art projects I have worked on are both in painting and ceramics. They have involved working with other artists on projects and working with the public on community ones. I am a founding member of Blandscliff Art for the Public Ltd, a not for private profit company comprised of artists and crafts people with the aim of bringing regeneration to areas by the use of quality public art."
